1. Online Store Use

2. Products

Hustlers Only products are made to order. We make every effort to display product colors, details, and images accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment materials, production methods, and the unique wash or finish of an item.

Minor differences in print placement, color, texture, or garment finish that occur naturally during production are not considered defects.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or inaccurate customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Because our products are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.

Available shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: $12 flat rate with estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after production

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Hustlers Only is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

5. Refunds and Returns

We do not accept routine returns or exchanges because our products are made to order. Refunds may be approved when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item ordered.

Customers must report qualifying issues within 14 days of delivery and provide their order number and clear photographs. Additional terms are available in our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, photographs, product names, website content, and other materials associated with Hustlers Only are owned by or licensed to Hustlers Only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology
